So they have no difficulty in accessing real estate websites and they prefer to do it that way. This has resulted in the emergence and growth of many real estate websites in Kerala.
This is the case if large scale owners. But the majority of the population in Kerala is common people. Any site can survive if they become favorable for them also. The main advantage is that you can do all this things without the pressure of an agent. This is a massive advantage for all the middle class people who are in the hunt for a perfect home. They do not have extra amount to spare on brokerage and they prefer the websites wholly.
It is clear that the growth of real estate websites is accelerated by the wish of the people to eliminate the middle guy. To a great extent they have succeeded also. But both of them has their own role in the real estate business.
